GINILIA is an online e-commerce store that offers a unique selection of second-hand clothing, carefully selected piece by piece for their quality and style. We believe in sustainable consumption and want to contribute to this change. 

What makes our approach “eco-responsible”?

GINILIA participates in changes and sustainable consumption. We believe that there are enough clothes created in the world, so we don't make any clothes. The “vintage” style which invades almost all of our online store, testifies to the durability and quality of old clothes.

Our clothes are mainly composed of responsible materials such as cotton, wool, silk, linen.

Our clothes are unique and authentic, because they mainly come from old brands little known to the general public. They therefore also have the advantage of being durable and of quality. 

What is the origin of our clothing?

The clothes sold by GINILIA mainly come from France but also from many European countries.

 

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS :

How to return my order

You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return the desired items. Send an e-mail to bourekbanicolas@hotmail.fr specifying your order number and the item(s) concerned by the return and we will provide you with a return label. Upon receipt of your return, we will ensure that no part of the item has been damaged and we will issue a refund if applicable.

How to track my order ?

An email with the tracking number will be automatically sent to you when your order is sent. 

What payment methods does GINILIA accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal.

How to obtain an invoice ?

An invoice will be sent automatically to the email address linked to the order after confirmation of your order.

In which country do we deliver ?

We deliver throughout Europe and the world. 

What are the delivery times? 

Packages can be delivered in France between 2 and 6 days. On the other hand, for international, packages are delivered between 5 and 12 days depending on the country.
