Terms and conditions
1. Preamble
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “CGV”) apply to all sales of our selection of second-hand clothing made by the online store “GINILIA” on the website. www.ginilia.com (hereinafter “the Site”). By placing an order on the Site, the customer (hereinafter "the Customer") accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are selections of second-hand clothing. Each item is unique and authentic. A detailed description is provided for each product, including condition, size, brand and photos. GINILIA strives to describe products as accurately as possible.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. GINILIA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of validation of the order.
5. Order
The order is validated when the Customer clicks on the “Confirm order” button after checking the contents of their basket. A confirmation email will be sent to the Customer to confirm that the order has been taken into account.
6. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the Site (Paypal). GINILIA uses a secure payment system.
7. Delivery
From 70 euros of purchase, delivery is offered by GINILIA for all shipments in France.
The pieces offered for sale on the site can be shipped in France and internationally. On the other hand, the price of deliveries sometimes varies depending on the geographical area of the buyer. The company GINILIA undertakes to ship the items as quickly as possible and to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, the buyer must therefore ensure its accuracy.
GINILIA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
8. Delivery times
After validation of this data, the packages will be shipped within 3-6 working days by the Post Office depending on the weight of the item purchased, concerning any other country, the carrier (La Poste) takes longer than expected 7- 10 days for international. Each order will have a tracking number, which will be sent directly to the buyer by email on the day of shipment.
The "GINILIA" site undertakes to send all orders following the parameters above but is not responsible for unforeseen events once the items have been sent. The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have left the premises of GINILIA.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. A refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
10. Guarantees
All products sold on the Site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a non-compliant or defective product, the Customer can return it to GINILIA who will make an exchange or refund.
11. Personal data
The information collected during the order is necessary to manage the transaction and will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy of GINILIA. The Customer has the right to access, modify and delete his personal data.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent court will be that of the defendant's place of residence or, at the plaintiff's choice, the place of actual delivery of the product.
